Issued
in a standard case with a foldout slick with artwork on both sides. The
case has a clear inlay also with artwork behind. There is no Catalogue
number on the CD itself. The insert artwork is taken from the UK release
and a bad copy at that. I assume this is from Bulgaria as there is no place
of manufacture stated anywhere. Probably a PIRATE issue.
