General Comments: 
Issued in a standard case with a booklet. "Made in Australia by Sony Music Entertainment (Australia) Limited" printed on CD. I think the fourth issue released in New Zealand and probably Australia. The booklet contains artwork and is the same as the previous Austraslian release CDCBS460188 2. The cover has the man holding a mirror and an Orange Logo. Note the CD is a Columbia release with CBS artwork.
